WHAT IT IS: The Murray Burger, at Murray's Bar & Grill in East Jordan, is three-fourths of a pound of Black Angus beef stuffed with bacon, white cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, on a Kaiser roll.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT: Can a burger be creamy? The two melty cheese make it one juicy piece of meat.
Finding bacon pieces inside the burger is like finding gold - you'll start eating the Murray because of the cheese, but you'll stay for the bacon. And, finally, it's drippy. No one can resist a greasy, salty, cheesy hunk of beef that is covered in ketchup and A-1 Sauce.
HOW TO EAT IT: Smother it in sauces and leave the onion on. Pair it with a beer, and order it with fries (you might as well have fries, too).
HOW MUCH: $8.50, and it's served with a pickle.
WHERE'S MURRAY'S?: 115 Main St., East Jordan
